Workplace Hazard Checklist

This checklist has been developed by the Master Fish Merchants Association to help seafood businesses meet their obligations under the Occupational Health and Saftey Act 2000. Under the Act all businesses must identify all forseeable hazards in the workplace, assess the risk posed by the hazards identified and implament control measures. If you haven’t done this in your businesses then the MFMA Checklist is designed as a simple guide to help you identify and manage potential hazards in the workplace.
