Guideline for Seafood Retailers – Compliance with the Food Standards Code

The Guidelines were developed by NSW Food Authority with input from the MFMA, and are designed to help seafood retailers comply with the Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code to provide safe and correctly labelled products. The MFMA recommends all seafood retailers download and keep a copy at you workplace.
